You will participate in interdisciplinary activities while demonstrating a commitment to continuous quality improvement, accurate record keeping, relevant policies/procedures, and our Code of Ethics. Through the efforts of our outstanding people, we have become the trusted provider of exceptional, compassionate patient care for the many communities we serve.Note this is a Per Diem appointment that may convert to career.Job QualificationsWe're seeking a compassionate, diligent Clinical Social Worker with:Master's degree in social work or social welfareCA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or license eligibleBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationExcellent communication, relationship building and problem-solving skillsExpertise with psychosocial assessments, clinical interventions, and treatment planningKnowledge of Child Abuse, Elder and Dependent Adult Abuse, Neglect and Domestic Violence treatment, interventions, and reporting protocols.Commitment to principles of patient and family centered care, and an understanding of cultural differences and diversity.Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teamsWillingness to participate in at least one area of specialized practice annuallyComputer proficiencyPost-masters social work experience in a healthcare setting, and Medicine and/or Emergency Department experience is preferred.
