What You'll Be Doing

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy
• Treat a diverse caseload with an emphasis on functional outcomes
• Develop expertise in vestibular, orthopedic, and balance therapy
• Help shape clinic workflows and patient experience
• Collaborate with leadership on clinic growth initiatives
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Mentor and collaborate with team members as the clinic grows
• Educate patients on injury prevention, balance, mobility, and long-term wellness

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida or in the final stages of licensure
• Interest in vestibular, orthopedic, and balance therapy
• Experience in vestibular or balance therapy is a plus, but not required
• Self-driven clinician who values autonomy and accountability
• Strong communicator and team player
• Desire to contribute to a positive, high-performing clinic culture
• Interest in leadership and long-term professional growth
• Someone excited about the opportunity to live and work in Southwest Florida
