Work Arrangement Onsite, Day Shift (4:00 AM 2:30 PM)

You'll play a key role in solving real-world challenges. You'll apply your skills to deliver results that matter whether that's through engineering, planning or customer support. You'll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.

Production Operations: Operate adjustable table-mounted grinders and belt sanders to grind and fit metal cast assemblies, ensuring precision and quality in every piece.

Process Adherence: Execute and sustain performance relative to established processes, safety documents, and work instructions to maintain consistent production standards.

Quality Control: Use hand grinding tools and dimensional gauges to fit adapters, points, and stainless sleeves accurately, contributing to the reliability of finished products.

Daily Responsibilities: Engage in hands-on manufacturing tasks, maintain equipment, and collaborate closely with team members to meet production goals.

Success Metrics: Demonstrate excellent attendance, adherence to safety protocols, and consistent quality output to support team success and operational efficiency.

Travel Requirements: Minimal to no travel required; role is fully onsite at Portland Plant #3.

Must-haves:

Proven ability or willingness to become forklift certified.

Ability to use a full-face respirator safely and effectively.

Comfort with exposure to heat, noise, and dust.

Physical capability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Nice-to-haves:

Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience.

Experience using grinding tools or similar equipment.

Background in steelworking, machining, or foundry operations.

Strong team player with adaptability and a hands-on approach.
