Take ownership of a broad Operations organization supporting commercial aircrafts. This Director of Operations opportunity is built for an experienced aerospace operations leader who wants responsibility across manufacturing, planning, purchasing, warehouse and shipping while helping shape the company's long-term operational strategy.

This aerospace organization supports commercial airline modification programs through manufacturing and related operations. The position is based in Everett, Washington and works closely with manufacturing, purchasing and other cross-functional teams.

Director of Operations Job Duties

• Lead Manufacturing, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse and Shipping operations.
• Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, cost performance, Lean systems and overall operational processes.
• Manage capacity, inventory, staffing, budgets and long-term operational planning to support customer demand and business growth.
• Improve ERP processes, data integrity, digital tools and production floor layouts to increase operational efficiency and visibility.
• Ensure customer delivery, product quality, safety and aerospace regulatory requirements are consistently met.

Schedule : Monday–Friday, flexible day shift hours.

Pay: $160,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility

Director of Operations Requirements

• 7+ years of aerospace operations experience
• Leadership experience across manufacturing in an aerospace environment
• Proven experience implementing Lean Management Systems.
• Experience working in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or equivalent.
