Integrated Facilities Manager

Overview Integrated Facilities Manager – JLL Join JLL as an Integrated Facilities Manager in Venus, California. You will oversee facility operations, lead a team, manage vendor partnerships, and ensure health, safety, and environmental standards while delivering exceptional service and operational excellence for client relationships. Responsibilities Client Relationships & Service Delivery: develop and manage client relationships, meet service levels, and comply with contract requirements; manage site operations according to policies and contract scope; assist with annual management plans for assigned buildings. Facilities Operations Management: oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, critical systems, HVAC, generators, and related systems; manage repairs, minor works, and service requests; lead small-scale construction projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams; support moves and changes as the primary escalation contact. Vendor & Performance Management: monitor vendor performance, document and escalate issues, support procurement processes, and deliver portfolio management reports as required. Financial Management: achieve financial targets, manage budgets and identify cost efficiencies; lead budgeting and forecasting; prepare spend reports; manage vendor payments; help develop capital plans with client representatives. Leadership & Team Development: lead and develop the facilities team; provide onboarding and training; foster teamwork and performance excellence; participate in performance management and development planning; embody JLL values. Qualifications Required : 5 to 10 years of supervisory experience in facilities management-related fields; proficiency with IT tools; strong communication, analytical, organizational, and presentation skills; knowledge of local health and safety requirements; ability to thrive in a dynamic environment; high ethical standards and solution-oriented mindset. Preferred : Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Facility, Property, or Operations Management; professional certifications such as CFM, LEED AP, PMP, BOMA or IFMA; Fire Safety Manager Accreditation. Location & Schedule Location: Venice, CA Work Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Compensation & Benefits Salary: $101,500 to $130,000 annually.
