CNC Machinist – Aerospace & Precision Manufacturing

Shifts : 4P - 4:30A

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate 3‑axis, 4‑axis, and 5‑axis CNC mills and lathes

• Machine aerospace‑grade, tight‑tolerance components

• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T

• Adjust tooling, offsets, speeds, and feeds to maintain precision

• Perform in‑process inspections and final quality checks

• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize setups

• Work with engineering and programming teams on process improvements

What You Bring

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing

• Strong experience with multi‑axis CNC equipment

• Ability to confidently read blueprints and GD&T

• Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Makino, or Mitsubishi controls

• Strong inspection skills using micrometers, calipers, height stands, gauges, and other precision tools

• A detail‑driven mindset with a commitment to quality and low scrap
