GF Hotels & Resorts is excited to hire a Dual Property Director of Sales & Marketing for our Crowne Plaza by IHG and Fairfield Inn by Marriott Philadelphia-King of Prussia properties.

Our busy hotel is looking for an exceptional director of sales and marketing to develop a revenue plan that maximizes profitability for daily sales in areas such as rooms, dining, catering, and events. We need someone willing to be the brand's voice and manage the marketing budget to produce property-specific campaigns, promotions, and collateral that will generate revenue and meet property targets. Responsibilities:

• Grow customer loyalty while also generating new business by nurturing long-term relationships
• Create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to meet sales team goals and annual sales targets
• Assess the company's success by consulting with sales managers and stakeholders
• Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to your clients
• Produce accurate sales reports that include marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing strategies

Qualifications:

• This position requires a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing or hospitality being preferred
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department

• Prior hotel Director of Sales experience is required.
