Role Overview Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development. Key Responsibilities Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, coordinating with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Ensures communication of care plans across the continuum of care and supports a healing environment. Qualifications & Skills Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license. Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for certain roles. Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills. Ability to work safely and alert at all times.
