If you are motivated by performance-based earnings, this role offers significant income growth. Average earnings of $100,000+/year with uncapped commissions. Your earnings grow directly with your sales. Higher performance means higher income.

YOUR DAY

As our entry-level Sales Representative, you'll spend your days canvassing different neighborhoods around the area, engaging with potential customers, and increasing interest in our high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. You'll work independently, so time management skills and problem-solving abilities are a must.

Always polite and professional, you'll engage with homeowners, learn about their remodeling needs, and perform roof inspections to get a firsthand look at their situation. You'll explain to customers what we can do for them and encourage them to book a service. As you make sales, you'll track your progress and adjust strategies as needed to close more deals!

YOUR HOURS

Core hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m .; however, our team understands that flexibility is key to success in this role. Sales Representatives are expected to manage their schedules based on customer availability, business needs, and individual performance goals. This may occasionally require attendance for morning huddles and extended evening hours. Saturdays are required- 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. We are closed for business on Sunday.

REQUIREMENTS

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
