Join a dedicated team at a facility that plays a crucial role in distributing medical device implants used in surgeries. The Outbound Order Processor will accurately pick, pack, and prepare medical products for shipment, ensuring timely and precise order fulfillment. This role is essential in maintaining compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry guidelines within a fast-paced distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack medical products for shipment.
• Prepare orders for distribution while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Utilize computer software for order processing and management.
• Conduct cycle counting and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate RF scan guns and WMS/SAP systems.
• Perform various housekeeping tasks and assist with floor picking as needed.
• Adapt to business demands, which may include breaking down boxes or other tasks.

Essential Skills

• Experience in order picking, packing, and processing.
• Proficiency with RF scan guns and basic computer systems, including SAP and WMS.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40-50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in high-volume production, outbound processing, and shipping.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime or weekends as needed.
• Experience with forklifts, including sit-down and reach truck operations.

Work Environment

Candidates should be prepared for shifts typically from 10am to 6:30pm, with flexibility required for earlier starts or extended hours, especially on Saturdays. Cell phones are not allowed on the floor, and lockers are provided for storage.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Southaven, MS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
