Project Name: IT Support and Process
Location: AUSTIN, TX - Hybrid
Duration: 8 months
Job description:
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management, ITIL Framework, Shell's IT Processes such as Incident/Problem/Change etc.
- Experience with organization and IT tools projects in Shell and familiarity with ITSO governance, processes and practitioners.
- Supportability & Transition deliverables (TSA, OCET, ATD, ATO etc.) Shell IT Project Delivery Framework
- Strong Understanding of ET SOM and Business SOM organization and a network.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous discussions
