Welder (MIG) | Immediate Hire | Jersey Village Area | $20–$23/Hour

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Welder for an immediate hire opportunity with a client located near Jersey Village, TX.

This is a temp-to-hire position offering competitive pay based on experience. Our client is background friendly and is looking for a dependable candidate with experience in MIG welding using Silicon Bronze wire, blueprint reading, and light gauge fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding using Silicon Bronze wire.
• Weld and fabricate light gauge materials (10–20 gauge).
• Square and align materials to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Measure, fit, and assemble parts according to specifications.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
• Operate hand tools and fabrication equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience required.
• Experience using Silicon Bronze wire required.
• Experience welding light gauge metals (10–20 gauge) required.
• Ability to perform squaring and layout work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred.

Compensation: $20 ti $23 depending on experience (temp to hire opportunity)

**All employees must be prepared for a background check, 10 panel Drug screen and show proof of eligibility to work in the US.
