Urology Physician Assistant

APRN First Assist / Physician Assistant Opportunity Join a Leading Surgical Team in Tulsa, OK
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide surgical first assist services and advanced clinical support alongside physicians
• Perform patient assessments, physical examinations, and clinical evaluations
• Develop, implement, and manage patient care plans within scope of practice
• Assist with procedures and treatments according to established protocols
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic testing as appropriate
• Provide patient education and promote wellness throughout the care continuum
• Manage documentation including medical records, care plans, and billing requirements
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts
• Maintain compliance with Saint Francis Health System, OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program or Advanced Practice Nursing program
• Current Oklahoma PA license or Oklahoma APRN license with specialty certification
• APRNs must have current Oklahoma BON Prescriptive Authority Recognition
• APRN candidates must have First Assist certification
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
• New graduates and candidates with 0 1 years of experience are encouraged to apply
