Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician 2nd & 3rd Shift

Repair and maintain all plant equipment, buildings, and grounds to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, with approximately 60% mechanical and 40% electrical work.

Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, relief valves, hoses, cylinders, conveyor belts, chains, gears, and motors.

Work with a large number of robots onsite, supporting their mechanical and electrical maintenance needs.

Troubleshoot and repair VFDs, transformers, 480V systems, 240V single-phase, and three-phase power.

Install three-phase electrical systems, including running conduit and pulling wire.

Troubleshoot electrical systems safely up to 480 volts.

At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in hydraulics and pneumatics.

Proven ability to troubleshoot pumps, valves, relief valves, hoses, cylinders, conveyor belts, chains, gears, and motors.

Electrical experience with 480V and three-phase power systems.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics accurately.

The role is based in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility that operates on multiple shifts. This position is for 3rd shift, working Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with current overtime and weekend work, including Saturdays, expected. The environment includes approximately 60 robots and a wide range of industrial equipment such as hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyors, motors, and high-voltage electrical components up to 480V. Work is hands-on and physically active, requiring the use of steel-toe footwear and adherence to safety procedures, including OSHA and ANSI standards and lockout/tagout practices. Second and third shifts receive a shift differential, and employees work closely with production teams to maintain continuous operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellevue, OH.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $37.00/hr.
