Primary Care Physician

As a Primary Care Physician with CenterWell, you'll work onsite at our Powdersville clinic and report to the Lead Physician. You'll join a supportive, team-based environment alongside nurse practitioners, pharmacists, care coaches, behavioral health specialists, and others—all collaborating to deliver personalized, high-quality care.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care aligned with clinical and value-based standards.
• Collaborate with the integrated care team to enhance patient care.
• Manage referrals, care transitions, DME, and home health services.
• Document care and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support daily huddles, on-call rotations, and center programs.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited program.
• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted medical and DEA license.
• New physicians welcome; 2–5 years' experience preferred.

Competitive base salary plus annual bonus, day-1 health insurance, 401(k) match, CME support, generous PTO, relocation assistance, and sign on bonus.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $255,000 - $298,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
