What You'll Do

As a  Legacy Protection Advisor , you will:

• Connect with members through scheduled phone and Zoom consultations

• Learn about each client's financial protection needs and goals

• Recommend supplemental life insurance and benefit solutions tailored to individual circumstances

• Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care

• Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and ongoing support

• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates and claims guidance

• Maintain accurate digital records while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates typically demonstrate:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities

• Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Comfort using computers, Zoom, and web-based technology

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• Coachability and willingness to continuously learn

Previous experience in customer service, sales, healthcare, education, hospitality, recruiting, or financial services is helpful—but  not required . We provide comprehensive training for motivated professionals who are eager to grow.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Windows-based computer with webcam

• Professional home office environment
