Leading variant curation and data analysis, the full-time Clinical Genomic Scientist will interpret genomic data in clinical contexts, mentor junior team members, and ensure compliance with ACMG guidelines while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee the curation of variants, genes, and gene-disease correlations according to ACMG guidelines Conduct comprehensive analysis of clinical genomics data using various sequencing and analysis techniques Draft clinical reports, manage validation processes, and mentor junior team members Required qualifications PhD or MD in clinical medicine, genetics, molecular biology, or equivalent 7+ years of relevant experience in the field Optional certification: MB(ASCP) Extensive knowledge of genomic variation and its impact on human diseases Proficiency in bioinformatics analysis for variant identification within genomic datasets
