Registered Nurse: Virtual Admissions & Care Coordination

This on-site role delivers remote patient assessments, admissions documentation, and coordination with bedside staff through secure video and EPIC EMR. You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, medication reconciliation, patient education, and discharge planning while maintaining ACLS/BLS compliance and collaborating with physicians and case managers to #J-18808-Ljbffr Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc.
