Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate . The role involves designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting CRM solutions while automating business processes and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and security roles.
- Develop and maintain Power Apps , including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
- Build, optimize, and manage Power Automate flows for workflows, approvals, notifications, and business process automation.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure services, and third-party applications .
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
- Follow best practices for CRM architecture, performance, security, governance, and environment management.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM , particularly Sales, Customer Service, or related modules.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform , including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong experience creating automated workflows, approvals, notifications, and process automation using Power Automate.
- Good understanding of Dataverse, connectors, solutions, and environment management .
- Experience with CRM customization, plugins, JavaScript, and integration techniques .
- Knowledge of Azure services, REST APIs, and Microsoft ecosystem integrations .
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Power Platform .
- Experience with Power BI and reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies .
Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and implementation.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform and Power Automate.
