Receptionist / Security - 3rd shift

Front Desk Receptionist / Security Officer – Freedom Village Holland

Pay: $17.00/hr

Schedule: Full-Time • 3rd Shift • Midnight–8:00am • Sun–Wed (32 hrs/week)

About the Role

• Answer and transfer incoming calls courteously and professionally
• Provide information, directions, and assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors
• Support daily operations of the Concierge/Security Department
• Ensure safety of residents, visitors, and staff
• Perform clerical duties as assigned
• Follow established procedures under the Director of Plant Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the front desk; secure files, keys, and office equipment
• Communicate messages and materials promptly to appropriate parties
• Accept and record payments, reservations, appointments, and cancellations
• Confirm transportation schedules and event registrations
• Greet and assist all visitors in a warm, professional manner
• Attend in-service training and education sessions
• Perform duties assigned by supervisor
• Report for duty during emergencies or natural disasters as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Valid Michigan Driver License
• Ability to obtain CPR/AED certification
• High proficiency with computer applications
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
