Sr. Manager, Finance and Strategy

We’re recruiting a Senior Manager, Finance & Corporate Strategy for a fast-growing company in Dallas seeking a strategic, analytically rigorous finance leader who can turn complex business questions into clear, executive-level recommendations.Location: Dallas, TX or New York, NY???????Salary: $155k-$190k + bonusResponsibilitiesLead high-priority strategic and financial analyses, translating complex or ambiguous business questions into clear, actionable, board-ready recommendations.Evaluate key business decisions such as pricing, market expansion, operating models, and other strategic initiatives to help leadership understand financial trade-offs.Own analytical sections of Board and investor materials, delivering concise, high-quality insights with minimal rework required from the CFO.Serve as a trusted analytical partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, with the ability to communicate effectively with CEO-, CFO-, and Board-level audiences.Partner cross-functionally with leaders across the organization to gather data, business context, and operational insights needed to support strategic analyses.Synthesize inputs from multiple functions and stakeholders into a cohesive strategic narrative for senior leadership and Board audiences.Leverage advanced financial modeling, data analysis, and emerging AI tools to improve the speed and quality of strategic and financial decision-making.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.Experience working directly with senior executives and/or Board-level stakeholders.Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to quickly structure ambiguous problems into clear, actionable analysis.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to and responding to questions from C-suite and Board audiences.Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude or similar technologies to improve analytical and operational workflows is a plus.The Solomon Page Distinction Our teams, comprised of subject matter experts, develop an interest in your preferences and goals and we act as an advisor for your career advancement.
