Call Center Representative

You'll be conducting hunting-related surveys, gathering valuable information, and professionally recording responses. Position Details Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Up to 28 hours per week for approximately 14 weeks Preferred Coverage Hours: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM Evening availability is required In-person position in Laramie, WY What You'll Be Doing As a Call Center Representative, you'll serve as the voice of an important survey project by: Making outbound calls to participants Conducting standardized hunting-related surveys Accurately entering survey responses into company software Following scripts and project guidelines Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality during every interaction Meeting daily call and survey completion goals What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
