Managing implementations for various client partners, the full-time Seasonal Implementation Manager will ensure efficient project execution, foster strong relationships, and adapt processes to meet customer needs in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Execute implementations for client partners, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively Serve as a critical link between customers, partners, and the client, fostering strong relationships and managing stakeholder expectations Collaborate with the Lead Implementation Manager to build team infrastructure and establish best practices for successful product delivery Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Implementations, or Project Management, preferably in SaaS or a related field Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities with experience in cultivating long-term customer relationships Capability to navigate fast-paced and changing work environments Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Strong organizational and time management skills with a passion for creating efficient processes
