Mars is seeking a Sr. Manager, Content Operations to lead end-to-end content production across a major brand portfolio. You will optimize the operating model, oversee production performance, and manage budgets with a focus on scalable, high-quality assets delivered on time. You will lead a team of Content Operations Managers, Analysts, and a Data & Systems Coordinator, partnering with MarTech and Workflow to continuously improve processes in a matrixed, fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
