Virtual Events, Project Manager

A premier B2B digital media and market intelligence platform serving high-value professionals within capital-allocating and transaction-driven sectors of the Financial Services, Debt Financing, Capital Markets, Tangible Asset Classes, and related industries is seeking an Events Coordinator, responsible for the logistical organization and implementation of sponsored corporate events. The ideal candidate has a true passion for event planning and is a master of organization. Liaising with sponsors and speakers to communicate deadlines and trafficking assets to ensure all deliverables are received Coordinate prep calls with speakers to acclimate them to the event platform and ensure all equipment is tested and functioning properly Regularly maintaining event registration lists and reporting on virtual event metrics Assist in producing virtual and in-person events at all stages of an event (pre, during and post), and assist in the production and execution of internal events Assist in the creation of event materials with the marketing and design team and assist with social media and audience development executions as it relates to events Input and maintain online agenda/website throughout the duration of event promotion Ordering event related materials and maintaining inventory (branded gifts, badge supplies, etc.) Active participation in event meetings with project management responsibility Must have experience in an events role and be organized and detail oriented, with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently Experience within Commercial Real Estate, Financial Services, Debt Financing, Capital Markets, Tangible Asset Classes a plus Google Drive experience a plus Experience with virtual or hybrid event platforms (Zoom, Cvent, BigMarker, etc.) This job is being represented by Media Recruiting Group, the premier recruiters for digital media, AdTech, MarTech, Media SaaS and related companies. Qualified by all of the above, for this job with requisite/required years of the required experience and skills, the minimum and maximum base salary is approximated at $65,000 and $75,000 respectfully, exclusive of any other incentive or any element of healthcare coverage, any reference to how much a person would have to contribute to the premium of a healthcare plan, any perks, or other forms of compensation.
