Location: Piedmont Pets Veterinary Care 122 West Shirley Avenue Warrenton, VA 20186

Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Closed Saturday & Sunday

Full-Time Schedule: 4-day work week NO weekends

Compensation: $25–$35/hour (based on experience) $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Piedmont Pets Veterinary Care is a busy, two-doctor practice providing compassionate, comprehensive care to pets in Warrenton, Virginia. Each doctor sees approximately 12–15 patients per day, allowing us to provide attentive, quality care while maintaining a productive workflow.

We are a well-equipped hospital that values efficiency, teamwork, and patient comfort.

Our Services & Equipment Include: Routine wellness care Soft tissue surgery (performed 4 days per week) In-house diagnostics Zoetis/Abaxis lab equipment EZVet software Digital full-body x-ray (performed for all patients as needed) Dedicated dental suite with dental table & dental x-ray Traveling ultrasonographer for diagnostic ultrasound Low-stress handling techniques whenever possible

We are seeking Licensed Veterinary Technicians of all experience levels who are: Proficient in technical and clinical skills Comfortable with anesthesia monitoring and surgical support Experienced (or eager to grow) in dentistry and radiology Team-oriented with strong communication skills Passionate about patient care Interested in working in a fast-paced, supportive environment Surgical experience is strongly preferred.

• Utilize Your Full Skillset: You'll be a vital part of the medical team, providing comprehensive patient care, including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and performing lab work.
• Be a Leader and Mentor: You'll guide and support the medical team, ensuring an efficient workflow while mentoring others to help them grow their skills and careers.
• Partner with Clients: You'll be a key point of contact for pet owners, educating them on treatments, reviewing medical records, and confidently answering their questions.
• Contribute to a Positive Culture: You'll play an active role in training, providing feedback, and maintaining the high standards of our hospital environment.

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• A current state veterinary technician license (LVT) in good standing.
• Proficiency in a range of technical skills, including nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
• A calm and efficient approach, especially in fast-paced or stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working collaboratively.
• One year of experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.
