Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager - Architecture & Interior Design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, procurement coordination, logistics, and stakeholder management, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines. Coordinate project activities and ensure milestones are achieved according to established objectives. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact scope, budget, quality, or schedule. Collaborate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Manage procurement and expediting activities, including tracking orders, coordinating deliveries, and following up with suppliers. Oversee logistics operations, shipment coordination, inventory tracking, and delivery schedules. Conduct quality reviews and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications. Prepare project status reports, maintain project documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Support contract administration, vendor negotiations, and project closeout activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience managing projects from planning through execution and completion. Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, procurement activities, and delivery schedules. Familiarity with logistics, shipping coordination, inventory management, and supply chain processes. Experience with quality assurance, inspections, and compliance documentation. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, or similar platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience within architecture, interior design, construction, hospitality, real estate development, or related industries. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent. Experience managing client-facing projects and vendor relationships.
