Senior Product Manager, Caremark Member Advocacy

Position Summary

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to help lead our Caremark advocacy portfolio, a new, high-priority initiative that sits within an established, well-resourced team. This role will drive the continued development and expansion of Pharmacy Navigator, which is currently in its pilot phase. Pharmacy Navigator offers proactive outreach to Caremark PBM members at potential friction points in their healthcare journey.

The role will work on a variety of high-visibility priorities, including feature development, developing client and internal reporting, and expansion of the product into new markets.

What you will do:

• Analyze customer and member needs, pain points, and preferences to guide product development and ensure customer-and-member-centric solutions.
• Partner with Caremark operations, clinical, and technology teams to define the product vision, set strategic goals, evaluate opportunities, assess member and business impact, and develop business cases and recommendations for scaling the product.
• Identify opportunities to expand Pharmacy Navigator, including new member pain points, therapeutic areas, formulary and prior authorization transitions, and new lines of business.
• Identify existing technologies across the organization and determine how they can be leveraged in new product builds.
• Lead discovery and solutioning efforts for new capabilities, defining scope, success measures, and a path forward from concept through implementation.
• Clearly articulate business requirements and associated value. Translate them into epics, features, user stories, journey maps, etc.
• Own the Pharmacy Navigator measurement framework, establishing success metrics, developing business requirements, and overseeing the delivery of reporting solutions that demonstrate member, client, and business impact
• Lead onboarding activities for new Pharmacy Navigator clients, helping ensure successful implementation and launch

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a product management, digital product development, product strategy, or a related role
• Experience in either a healthcare product role, OR a product role focused on customer support centered on proactive outreach
• Adept at working cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization, bringing together people and technology from disparate teams
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience with progressively increasing responsibilities in a product role
• Experience working in healthcare, preferable within health insurance or pharmacy benefit management
• Experience product managing a B2B2C product
• Experience product managing the creation of client reporting or reporting suits
• Experience expanding an existing product into new markets or business lines
• Experience as a product manager in a large, matrixed organization
• Experience bulding dashboards on Power BI or similiar

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Location

This is a remote role on a team based on the east coast, and will be expected to work on an east coast schedule, with core hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
