Lead Business Analyst

Lead Business Analyst Location: Remote Salary: $80-120k Sabot Consulting is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lead Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with in state government and Medicaid. This individual will be providing services related to datainteroperability efforts. We are looking for someone to provideleadership and specialized subject-matter expertisefor all business analysis, policy/process, and change activities to comply with federal interoperability regulations, including, but not limited to the CMS “Interoperabilityand Patient Access Final Rule." Must Have: Minimum 5 years experience leading business analysis functions for large scale projects Nice To Have: Experience reviewing,assessing, and interpretingfederal interoperabilityregulations or industry standards, such as the CMSInteroperability and Patient Access Final Rule; ONC CuresAct Final Rule; Health Level 7 (HL7) FastHealthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) specification; etc. Membership or participation innational workgroups for theadvancement of healthinformation and interoperabilitystandards, such as the HL7 DaVinci Project, HealthcareInformation and ManagementSystems Society (HIMSS), orsimilar group(s). Experience with State ofCalifornia programs andorganizations, or othersimilar government experience. Knowledge of the nationalMedicaid program, particularly the functions and operations ofState Medicaid Agencies. Experience participating in thedevelopment of an AdvancedPlanning Document (APD) for enhanced Federal FinancialParticipation (FFP) Experience with State ofCalifornia project controls, suchas the Project Approval Lifecycle ("PAL") or California ProjectManagement Framework (CAPMF). Experience with implementing FHIR for interoperability Professional business analysisaccreditation/certification, suchas International Institute ofBusiness Analysis (IIBA),Certified Business AnalysisProfessional (CBAP), or Project Management InstituteProfessional in BusinessAnalysis (PMI-PBA)certification, current and in good standing.
