Senior Commercial Counsel

Leading commercial transactions from intake through signature, the full-time Senior Commercial Counsel (State Licensed) will serve as the primary legal point of contact for the GTM team, partnering closely with various departments while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end commercial deals, collaborating with Finance, Security, Product, and Engineering as needed Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including SaaS customer agreements and vendor contracts Design and implement AI-powered workflows and tools to streamline legal processes and improve contract management Required qualifications JD and active bar admission in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction 5+ years of commercial transactional experience, particularly with SaaS and technology agreements Proven experience independently leading commercial transactions from negotiation to signature Strong legal operations instincts with a focus on using AI and automation to enhance legal processes Fluency with privacy requirements in commercial contracting, including DPAs and data-handling terms
