Inside Sales RepresentativeJob Summary

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join a growing sales team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing prospective customers, and supporting revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship management. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in inside sales, lead generation, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation.

• Contact prospective customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunities within a CRM system.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.

• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner.

• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitive offerings.

• Consistently achieve or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in Inside Sales, Technical Sales, Business Development, or a related sales role.

• Strong experience with outbound prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement.

• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling technology products or services.

• Familiarity with B2B sales environments.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
