To learn more about our schools, visit us at **Pay Range:**$21.10 - $26.29 - Hourly – Depending on Experience**Job is:**Classified**Our Ideal Candidate Will:*** Provide tutoring and instruction to students within a small classroom environment and/or 1 on 1.* Post and market availability of tutoring along with schedule.* Maintain a consistent schedule as arranged with their supervisor.* Provide support to the teachers as needed.* Create a tracking system that indicates student appointment times, progress, and areas of improvement.* Have clear communication with teachers to support students who need additional support in the designated subject area.**You’ll Need The Following Minimum Requirements:*** Proficient in the designated subject.* Previous tutoring experience preferred.* Proficient computer knowledge and previous experience with Microsoft software.* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.### About UsOFL is a free non profit public charter school, serving students grades 7-12 who have fallen behind in school, are looking to get ahead and graduate early, or are simply looking for an alternative to the traditional classroom.OFL was established in 1999 by John and Joan Hall, both genuinely and profoundly interested in the well-being of California youth.
