Assistant Spa Manager

We are looking for a full-time Assistant Manager to oversee sales operations. The Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. This location is in a highly desirable market with tremendous growth potential in the next 12-36 months.

The Assistant Spa Manager position responsibilities include:

• Demonstrate the ability to sell!
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences in spa services and retail operations
• Initial and ongoing training of front desk staff relating to sales
• Responsible for Spa conversion rate
• Achieving financial results
• Ability to coach and mentor staff relating to sales goals
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
• Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials

Position requirements:

• Retail/sales experience (management experience preferred, but not required)
• A passion for people and sales
• High level of enthusiasm
• Knowledge of Millennium software (preferred, but not required)

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
