Hourly Shift Supervisors

Freddy's in La Grange, Kentucky is seeking Hourly Shift Supervisors starting at $16 - $18 per hour. Restaurant experience is preferred. This position can be part-time or full-time with opportunity to work up to 50 hours a week. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Premium pay is offered to those that have the ability to close at night (Usually out by about 11:00pm Sun-Thurs and around midnight on Fri-Sat).

Physical Requirements (including but not limited to):

• Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends
• Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions.
• Will be required to lift up to 40 pounds during the course of a workday.
• Will require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder.

• Aptitude towards learning, coaching and teamwork; ability to motivate, train and hold responsible a diverse staff in a fast-paced environment
