Territory Sales Specialist - Denver, Phoenix

Becton Dickinson seeks a Territory Sales Specialist to promote and sell TTM products across a designated region. The role involves expanding customer accounts, meeting sales quotas, conducting product training, and supporting clinical adoption through customer engagement and data management.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote TTM products to key targeted accounts and expand regional customer base
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales forecasts and quotas for TTM product lines
• Conduct in-person product training and in-servicing to support customer adoption
• Identify and implement product evaluations; monitor and grow service agreement sales
• Present clinical data and quarterly business results to key accounts; manage analytics subscriptions

Requirements

• 1-3 years of B2B sales or commercial experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build customer relationships and deliver persuasive presentations
• Consultative selling expertise and independent work capability
• Willingness to travel 80% within assigned territory
