Warehouse Returns Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities The Returns Specialist is responsible for processing depot and sales returns sent to AM Hub from internal and external customers. This role supports the receiving, consolidation, packing, shipment processing, inspection, and disassembly of returned products to ensure accurate and timely handling of all returns. Coordinating receiving, packing, and shipping duties for depot, sales, tech, and intercompany returns Receiving, inspecting, and disassembling and repacking products Using SAP ECC and CRM on a daily basis Communicating regularly with depot technicians, warehouse staff, and returns associates Completing accurate records in a timely manner Using technical manuals, work instructions, customer information, and calibration procedures Complying with ISO standards and maintaining proper parts inventory levels Performing other duties as assigned What You Need to Succeed High school diploma or GED. Extremely detail and process oriented. Ability to communicate written and verbally. Ability to work in Worthington, OH, Monday to Friday from 7am-3:30pm.
