Role summary

We are seeking a People Operations Coordinator for a 12-month contract to support day-to-day HR

operations with a strong emphasis on process automation, AI-assisted workflows, and scalable

service delivery. Partnering closely with People Operations Manager and Specialists, you will execute

core administrative tasks while actively identifying, testing, and implementing efficiency gains to

reduce manual effort and improve data quality across the team.

Core Operations & Service Delivery

? Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal transfers,

organizational changes, and offboarding, ensuring a positive experience for employees

throughout the APJC region.

? Maintain high data accuracy across HR systems, complete transactions with strict attention to

detail and escalate complex exceptions appropriately.

? Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the regions to ensure consistent and timely

execution of HR processes.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

? Identify repetitive, manual tasks across People Operations workflows and leverage AI tools,

automation, and templates to improve turnaround times.

? Assist in testing, validating, and refining new automation opportunities and AI-driven

solutions.

? Monitor, track, and analyze operational data to identify process bottlenecks and recommend

continuous improvement initiatives.

Process Standardization & Knowledge Management

? Standardize and maintain SOPs, knowledge base content, templates, and onboarding

checklists.

? Develop self-service resources and clear communications that enhance the overall employee

experience.

Requirement

? Relevant experience in HR operations, shared services, or similar administrative support

roles.

? Highly organized with strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and

effective time management skills.

? Proficient in working with data and skilled in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and

reporting.

? Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for supporting colleagues and delivering

exceptional service.

? Effective communicator, able to clearly articulate information both verbally and in writing to

employees across the APJC region.

? Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage

shifting priorities efficiently.

? Familiarity with Workday or Zendesk would be an advantage.
