As a Caregiver on our team, you will provide one-on-one assistance to our clients in the comfort of her own home. These clients will need a caregiver that drives, as transportation would be part of the services we offer her.

Caregiver Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect personal care to clients in the comfort of their home
• Provide transportation
• Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Perform duties as assigned on personal care service plan
• Help client with all personal care functions as needed
• Help keep the client's environment clean, safe and organized
• Remind client to take self-administered medications

Successful Caregiver applicants will meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a caregiver or home health aide required
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required
• Submit to Criminal Background Investigation and Motor Vehicle Driving Record required
• Drives with a valid driver's license and your vehicle is registered and insured preferred
• Open availability, including the weekend strongly preferred
• CNA preferred
