As we welcome another veterinarian to our medical team and expand into two buildings, we're looking for one to two Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to help us continue delivering the exceptional care and outstanding client experience our community has come to expect. Our Client Service Representatives are often the first and last impression of our hospital. We're looking for someone who brings positivity, professionalism, and a passion for helping others while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. What You'll Do Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Answer a multi-line phone system and provide exceptional customer service Schedule appointments across multiple doctors and services Check patients in and out efficiently Process invoices and payments accurately Create and send client communications with strong attention to grammar and detail Make follow-up calls, appointment reminders, and client outreach Navigate multiple software platforms with confidence Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to keep the hospital running smoothly Help maintain an organized, positive, and efficient front desk What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is: Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys working with people Positive, dependable, and solution-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Tech-savvy and confident learning multiple software systems An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Able to remain calm and professional during busy or emotional situations Passionate about creating exceptional client experiences Previous customer service experience is preferred. Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but not requiredwe're happy to train the right person with the right attitude. Schedule We're hiring 1-2 Part-Time team members with flexible scheduling. Typical availability includes: Flexible afternoon/evening shifts during the week 1-2 Saturdays per month No Sundays No holidays This position is perfect for someone looking for consistent part-time hours while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.
