The candidate will be managing, driving and leading functional verification aspects of one of the ASIC controllers developed at Micron, responsible for successful first-time/timely tape-outs.Responsibilities:Define and drive end‑to‑end SoC verification architecture and strategyDevelop comprehensive test plans across module, subsystem, and SoC levelsLead and coordinate parallel verification efforts across multiple teamsApply advanced verification methodologies, including UVM and emulationLeverage Gen‑AI tools to improve verification efficiency and insightsJob QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience10+ years of hands‑on experience in SoC verification environments, architecture definitions and developmentExpert‑level proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVMProven experience writing and tracking detailed verification test plans and capable of developing deep and comprehensive SoC test plansExperience with development of advanced verification methodologies, flows and strategies for module, sub-system and SOC top level test-benchesPreferred Qualifications:Experience verifying PCIe, NVMe, NAND, DDR, or CPU subsystems!Demonstrated leadership of large or complex verification effortsHands‑on experience with emulation platforms for ASIC simulations accelerationStrong experience and exposure to modern Gen‑AI solutions applied to verification workflowsFocused visionary leader, capable of driving teams to meet performance, quality and schedule goals.Additional Behavioral Attributes Desired:Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quicklyStrong communication skills with the ability to influence across teamsThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$168,000.00 - $336,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
