Licensed Esthetician Job Description We are seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments and personalized skincare solutions that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your experience in esthetic techniques, whether advanced or beginner level, combined with your dedication to customer service, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a vibrant setting while helping clients achieve their beauty goals through innovative treatments and professional guidance. Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic services to meet individual client needs. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, infection control protocols, and sanitation standards to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on skincare routines, aesthetic treatments, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions to maximize results. Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic services by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, makeup application, and color theory to continually enhance service quality. Experience Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician. Experience in performing aesthetic treatments. Experience in client communication - listening attentively to understand client goals - and delivering personalized treatment plans accordingly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
