Technical Writer

Target Start: Around November 30, 2026 Are you an experienced Technical Writer with a strong background in petrochemical, refining, or industrial manufacturing environments? We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who can transform complex engineering and operational information into clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation. What You’ll Do:- Develop, edit, and maintain operating procedures, maintenance manuals, work instructions, standards, training materials, and engineering documentation Work closely with SMEs, engineers, operations, maintenance, and project teams to gather technical information Translate complex technical concepts into clear and practical documentation Review and update existing documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness Support document control, version management, and change management activities Participate in technical reviews and document approval workflows Create documentation supporting safety, reliability, compliance, and operational excellence 10+ years of experience in petrochemical, refining, or related industrial manufacturing environments 6–8 years of technical writing experience supporting engineering, operations, maintenance, or capital projects 6+ years of manufacturing experience with strong knowledge of industrial equipment and process operations Hands‑on knowledge of pumps, valves, reactors, distillation/stack columns, heat exchangers, and process units Strong understanding of refinery/petrochemical process units and operating procedures Strong technical editing, proofreading, and document management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision We’re looking for someone who is a self‑starter, highly detail‑oriented, and comfortable building relationships with site SMEs while working in a complex manufacturing environment.
