Qualifications Thrives on troubleshooting and solving complex problems Takes ownership of machine uptime and operational reliability Has a strong electrical background and enjoys hands‑on work Wants to play a key role in keeping production moving without interruption Responsibilities Troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines, with a focus on electrical and control systems Performing preventative maintenance on machines and facility equipment Diagnosing issues with wiring, sensors, controls, and electrical systems Coordinating major repairs with OEMs and third‑party vendors Supporting production by minimizing downtime and responding quickly to issues Maintaining service logs, maintenance schedules, and equipment history Assisting with general facility maintenance (lighting, air systems, coolant systems, etc.) Identifying recurring issues and implementing long‑term solutions Job Highlights Direct impact on production efficiency and uptime Mix of CNC machine work and facility systems (no two days the same) Opportunity to build and improve preventative maintenance programs Work with a team that values proactive problem‑solving over reactive fixes Job Details Full‑time position.
