Demonstrated ability to build and grow a successful search practice within a specific industry, function, or market. Experience recruiting across multiple industries, functions, geographic markets, or leadership levels. Strong business development, relationship-building, and consultative communication skills. Ability to influence and advise senior leaders, hiring executives, and candidates throughout the search process.
