The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing Oracle projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and requirements, and develop detailed project plans and schedules.Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure optimal utilization and allocation of resources.Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders, including clients, project team members, and senior management.Conduct regular project status meetings, provide leadership and guidance to project team members, and foster a collaborative team environment.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, methodologies, and tools.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
