Equipment Reliability Engineer

Equipment Reliability Engineer

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Onsite at Hemlock, MI

Work Schedule: M - F 8am - 5pm (Occasional overtime may be required for critical equipment issues or project implementation.)

This position requires U.S. Citizens only to meet the DOD/ITAR requirements. Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered.

Summary:

The position focuses on troubleshooting equipment issues, improving reliability and performance, supporting preventive maintenance strategies, and leading or assisting with equipment upgrades, modifications, and ramp-related projects.
The role also serves as a key technical resource, working closely with operations, maintenance, vendors, and project teams to improve equipment uptime and ensure safe, high-quality execution.
