Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required for most positions
• Bachelor's degree for administrative or professional roles preferred
• Prior experience in food manufacturing or a related industry is beneficial but not required for all roles
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
