Required Licenses and Certifications: - Nursys License - License/Certificate Verification Other Professional and Health Requirements for Onboarding (not required for submission but must be completed before onboarding): - Ascension onboarding requirements including Education Attestation - Personal Health History: MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Health Statement, Varicella, Tdap, Influenza Vaccine (Optional), Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire (Optional) - Professional: Driver's License/State ID, 2 Professional References, Ascension Criminal Background Check Results, Ascension Education Verification, Ascension Employment Verification, Ascension Badge Photo - Checklist/Testing: Ascension Core Competencies, Ascension EKG Exam, Ascension Unit Specific Checklist (Optional), Ascension Cerner Test-Out, Ascension Skills Checklist - Ascension Nova StatStrip, Ascension EPLS, Ascension Confirmation of Assignment - Periodic evaluations and other optional requirements may include Hiring Manager Evaluation, and Name Change Document. Skills: - Experience with EHR: Cerner OneChart system. - Must be adaptable to float to similar units across the same or other campuses within Wichita.
