Position Overview:

Are you an experienced HR technology leader passionate about operational excellence, workforce technology strategy, and delivering exceptional employee experiences? Freddie Mac is seeking a Workforce Technology Operations Manager to lead the team responsible for the technology operations, workforce data, governance, and service delivery that support critical workforce programs across the enterprise. In this leadership role, you will oversee the reliability, security, and performance of workforce technology services while driving continuous improvement, managing operational risk, and enabling scalable solutions that support business priorities and employee outcomes.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop a team responsible for workforce technology operations, security administration, workforce data governance, and service delivery.
• Manage the production operations of workforce technology applications, including platform reliability, integrations, releases, issue resolution, and ongoing support.
• Oversee system security, user access, workforce data governance, and operational controls to ensure compliance, data integrity, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with HR, Technology, Risk, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, manage operational risk, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead technology governance, production change management, audit readiness, privacy, compliance, and other operational processes that support secure and reliable services.
• Drive enhancements to employee and manager experiences through support optimization, self-service capabilities, process improvements, and adoption initiatives.
• Manage operational priorities, team capacity, and service performance, while ensuring successful transition of new capabilities into production support.
• Build organizational capability through talent development, cross-training, knowledge sharing, and the use of data, automation, AI, and employee feedback to improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in HR SaaS technology, enterprise applications, or technology operations.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle, UKG, or similar solutions.
• Experience leading production support, technology operations, or service delivery functions.
• Experience with data governance, system security, access management, technology controls, or risk management.
• Experience managing vendors, stakeholders, projects, or technology enhancements in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how technology enables employee and business outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $134,000 - $200,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
