Fleet ManagerLead a fleet of 30-40 drivers and manage driver availability to maximize the productivity of their fleet.Responsibilities:Develop high-performing drivers through daily interactions, coaching and positive reinforcement.Meet drive-home time expectations by actively managing expectations and keeping commitments.Qualifications:Must have at least 2 years in Over The Road Transportation as a Driver Manager.Experience with driver and equipment utilization.Must be able to lead others.Must possess exceptional communication skills.Must be able to multitask.Must be able to work in high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:Competitive starting salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive Benefits Package.401(K).Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Supplemental and Life Insurance.Paid Time Off.
